Only 5 days left until we leave for China!! I can't wait!! Today we saw some video footage of the Farm, and it left me more excited than before!!
We picked up Mr Shell from Waukesha yesterday night. Today we went and looked at an organic dairy farm near Elkhorn. They do seasonal calving, rotational pasturing, have a 16 swing parlor etc. Those are most of the things we are wanting to do there. It was really neat! Learned alot of stuff.
Tonight we went to round dance lessons. It was the last one.
Today was a beautiful day!! The sun was shining, barely any clouds in sight, it was nice and warm!! How could anyone believe this all evolved??
Well, it is getting late. Last night Dad and Mr Shell didn't get to bed until after 1am. I fell asleep on the couch for a while.

That's so cool that you get to go to China!!! Did you go to the Zinkermann farm (or something like that...)? Our neighbor's have been there.
